Please note that a product can only be returned if it meets the conditions below:
It is a stock product (recognizable by the small 'S' at the product on www.vdp.com)
Products that have been specially ordered for you cannot be taken back
The value of the product is > € 25 (excl. VAT)
Only unused products are eligible
The products must be in their original packaging, with accompanying documents
The commercial packaging of the product (eg shoe box) must be intact and not described
Please fill in the return form below: please fill in 1 product per return form.
The product(s) you are returning will be picked up within 14 days after receipt of the form.
You will receive a copy in your mailbox. Please enclose it with the products before you prepare them for collection.
