Calculating CO2 footprint
uvex calculates the CO2-footprint of all its new products based on the guidelines in the ISO 14067 standard. The results are divided into four aspects: materials, production, transport and packaging.
In this way, we make the CO2 footprint for PPE more transparent and comparable. We also support our customers with calculating and reducing their emissions (scope 3), which indirectly reduces costs.
