Your eyes are beyond value. So, to protect them it is important to wear safety glasses.
At Vandeputte, we supply glasses that combine comfort, visibility, protection and design. We have various types available, including customised corrective safety glasses.
Corrective safety glasses are vital for people who wear glasses day to day and who work in an environment that poses a risk to their eyes, such as construction, heavy industry or laboratories.
What is the difference between corrective safety glasses and regular glasses?
Regular glasses only correct your vision. Corrective safety glasses are designed to correct your sight and simultaneously protect against mechanical impact, chemical substances, dust, etc.
They must fulfil certain safety standards such as EN 166. This guarantees that the glasses offer the appropriate protection against certain risks.
Finally, corrective safety glasses are also designed with comfort in mind, ensuring they are more comfortable to wear when working than most ordinary glasses.

The new frames can be adjusted to the shape of the user's head for optimum comfort and fit.
One size fits all?
The Samurai frames are available in multiple sizes and have adjustable springs and nose-bridges. This, in combination with the wide range of models, means that everyone will be able to find glasses that suit them.
Uniform look
The glasses are available as regular safety glasses (without correction), as screen glasses and as corrective safety glasses (with correction), allowing all employees within the company to wear the same style of glasses. We can thus supply one frame to all employees within a company.
The frames are supplied with top quality corrective lenses from producer Hoya®.
A suitable lens is available for all applications.
Quality glasses
We offer a wide range of different glass types and materials, including various coatings with solar filters and mirrored layers. These are fitted in our own workshop; this enables us to focus on top quality and excellent service for our customers.
